Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the coverage type you selected, and the message you wrote. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare insurance quotes you have asked for.
This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which we use only to keep the site working and secure.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how the site is used: which pages are read, and when someone taps our phone number, email address or a form. Google Analytics does not receive your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form. When you send a form, we also include how you reached our site (for example, a Google search, a social media link or a typed-in address) and the first page you landed on, so we know which of our listings people actually use.
How we use your information
- To reply to your question or quote request.
- To obtain quotes on your behalf from the insurance carriers we represent.
- To service and renew any policy you place through us.
- To meet legal, regulatory and insurance licensing obligations.
Sharing with insurance carriers
As an independent agency we shop your coverage across multiple carriers. To do that, we share the information necessary to obtain a quote with the carriers being considered. Those carriers handle your information under their own privacy policies and applicable insurance regulations.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and policy records for as long as needed to service your account and to satisfy the record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance agencies in Colorado.

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies on this site to tell a new visit from a returning one. The site also keeps a note in your browser’s storage of how you first arrived, which is sent to us only if you submit a form. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
